THOMAS M MAHONEY Thomas M. Mahoney, is currently the Air Force Equal Opportunity Program Manager. His former position was the Equal Opportunity Director and ADR Manager, Ramstein Air Base Germany. Mr. Mahoney has held various positions in the civilian personnel, equal opportunity, and Alternative Dispute Resolution areas at installation, major command, headquarters, and DoD levels. He has varied experience executing Air Force and DoD, military and civilian personnel, equal employment opportunity, and ADR programs.
