    • 1 Oct. - Nov. 30
      • No current record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for October or November 2023.
    • 1 Dec. - Dec. 30
      • Sexual Assault and Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – A Senior Airman was accused of committing sexual assault and abusive sexual contact against one Air Force member and committing abusive sexual contact on two other Air Force members. After initiation of court-martial proceedings, the accused requested to be discharged instead of court-martialed. The commander approved the accused’s discharge with an Under Other than Honorable Service Characterization.
