- A1C Giarrusso provided medical and post-surgical care for 343 admits, 357 discharges, and 53 transfers, valued at $4.4M in inpatient services. Additionally, she is 1 of 2 MSU technicians certified in Pediatrics Advanced Life Support, which exceeds her AFSC requirements and her rank. Furthermore, A1C Giarrusso completed her CDCs 6 months ahead of schedule and scored 91% on her end of course exam. She is currently scheduled to CLEP her final 2 classes to obtain her CCAF. Lastly, A1C Giarrusso was hand-picked to be an instructor at the 46N Readiness Skills Fair, where she trained 65 nurses on foley catheter, wound, and patient restraint care, increasing deployment capabilities by 50%.
