Recent accomplishments
-A1C Herron is the first line of integrated defense for JBER by providing force protection in support of 1 NAF, 3 wings and 52 tenant units. He is responsible for controlling entry and exit to the installation; thus securing 34K base personnel and $43B in DoD assets. Additionally, A1C Herron has detected 7 individuals drinking underage and stopped 4 subjects driving under the influence of alcohol and 2 for possession of marijuana from entering the installation. Additionally, he completed and earned “Top Shot” at the Advanced Designated Marksman Course and scored an amazing 94% on his end of course test.
