- A1C DeLage works in the Flight Medicine Clinic, where she has assisted with auditing 1.5K appointments, made 2.1K encounters for 5K patients, recouping $213K in outsourcing costs with zero leakage to network providers. Furthermore, she was hand-picked as the flight’s Physical Training Leader, observing and enforcing Air Force policies and protocols, ensuring staff compliance of Fit-to-Fight intent. In addition, A1C DeLage piloted the Flight Surgeon On-Call program, where she screened patients and facilitated 2.1K appointments, expediting return to flying status and increasing mission-ready capability. Lastly, she coordinated 48 recommendations for the Personnel Reliability Program, dedicated twelve hours of hospitality and community out reach for the USO at Atwood Lounge, aided in feeding 1.2K homeless at the Beans Cafe, and quality checked 136 documents for a joint incentive and spouses flights, securing 100% customer satisfaction with zero incidents, exemplifying the whole Airman concept and illuminating her dedication to her community, peers, and to the Air Force.
