Recent accomplishments
- SrA Graves is the lead off-shift lab tech. She performs quality control and validations on high-complexity analyzers in 7 departments valued at $2.5M. Her efforts are key to executing 719,000 tests annually, delivering outstanding service to 159K DoD/VA beneficiaries and supporting 890 providers. Additionally, she expertly led a team of 4 medics during the deployment and re-integration of 352 JBER warfighters, improving medical clearance processing time by 60%. Furthermore, SrA Graves earned her national Medical Laboratory Technician certification and is just one class shy of her Associates in Applied Sciences degree. When off duty, she has devoted time to Joint Base Against Drunk Driving, accumulating 14 saves. SrA Graves gives back to the Anchorage community by volunteering at the Alaska Health Fair, managing patient screens for 650 locals and helping to raise $127K for cancer awareness events.
