The Arctic Warrior of the Week for October 2, 2018 is A1C Tina Schweichler from673d Medical Support Squadron.

Recent accomplishments
- A1C Schweichler currently works in the TRICARE and Referral Management Office where she is responsible for verifying DEERS eligibility, patient registration and managing Primary Care enrollment changes for 35 providers. Additionally, as the TRICARE front desk clerk she assisted with 2.1K patient walk-ins and 1.5K referrals on a quarterly basis, securing continuity of care for 159K beneficiaries. A1C Schweichler drove Outpatient Record’s retirement, leading 8 of her peers through a new process, allowing 4.2K charts to be retired while reducing the processing time by 90 days. She has dedicated 83 hours volunteering with JBADD and at the Atwood lounge. She has committed more than 200 hours to the USO, stocking over 2.5K lbs of food and providing security for more than 1.8K personnel. These combined efforts contributed to her being presented with the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
