The Arctic Warrior of the Week for December 20, 2017 is A1C Caroline Andrews from 673 Medical Ops Squadron.

Last Duty Station: JBER is her first duty station.
Recent accomplishments
- A1C Andrews was in charge of front desk daily operations for PACAF’s largest primary care flight, providing trusted care to 1,000 patients a week. She flawlessly oversaw four Front Desk Administrators, managed 18 provider schedules and coordinated walk-in and clerical needs with 11 nurses and 27 medical technicians. During her time here, A1C Andrews has processed over 70 lab requests, sorted and forwarded 430 patient results and reviewed 1.1K Third Party Collection Forms resulting in $678K in hospital reimbursements and $1.8M collected for the MDG. Her dedication sparked a 7% patient satisfaction increase from 83% to 90% in the last 3 months and a 3% increase for Team Continuity. Lastly, A1C Andrews is three credits shy of completing her CCAF degree and stepped up to assume the role of Vice President, Family Health Morale Committee.
