Time in Service: 1 year, 4 months.
Last Duty Station: JBER is her first duty station.
- A1C Kochanski works in the Women’s Health Clinic where she has assisted with 1.8K minor surgeries, screened 1.1K encounters, and aided with 320 high-risk obstetrical patients, recouping $166.8K in outsourcing costs with zero leakage to network providers. Furthermore, she was hand-picked as the flight’s safety coach, observing and reiterating clinic policies and protocols, ensuring staff compliance and enforcing Trusted Care practices. In addition, A1C Kochanski piloted the clinic’s Breast Cancer Gene Testing program, where she screened 184 patients and facilitated five priority testing sessions, resulting in early identification and swift access to treatment for those diagnosed with cancer.
