Hillberg Opening 2017
Hillberg Ski Area instructors partner with the Kennecott Youth Center staff to provide children transportation to and from each facility, equipment rentals, and two-hour instruction on how to ski or snowboard at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Dec. 1, 2017. Hillberg created their own snow and provided skiers and snowboarders a dual chairlift, sledding tow and handle tow.
