JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- From Nov. 22 at 7:30 p.m. to Nov. 23 at 1 a.m., residents near Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Birchwood, Eagle River, and Wasilla may hear increased noise from military ordnance.
Military personnel will be training with explosives and weaponry in the area.
