TFTN initiative supports new JBER Airmen

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson newcomers must participate in an Air Force initiative created to streamline in-processing, with just over a year of successful operations.

JBER flies through exercise Patriot Grizzy and Winter Fury

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Active duty and Air Force Reserve Airmen from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson arrived at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, Calif., on Jan. 15, to conduct in-house and joint training, until Feb. 13, 2019.

JBER promotes DUI prevention awareness

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Driving while under the influence should be taken very seriously and is something people should always be aware of.

Team JBER welcomes Tyndall F-22s

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Following the recent catastrophic damage to Tyndall Air Force Base caused by Hurricane Michael on Oct. 10, Tyndall F-22 Raptors have landed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

The ceremony marks the opening of the academic tutoring room sponsored by the UAA. This room is open to all active-duty personnel, dependents and veterans, no matter which school they attend.

A homecoming for heroes: Veterans return from Honor Flight

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Twenty-three veterans from various cities and villages in Alaska went on a whirlwind three-day trip to Washington, D.C., as part of the Last Frontier Honor Flight, whose mission is to ensure veterans are able to visit memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifices.
