Arctic Angels fly over JBER

2017 JBER Military Appreciation Picnic
JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska — Service members, dependents, and Department of Defense civilians attend the Military Appreciation Week picnic at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Buckner Fitness Center fields June 16, 2017.
