JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska --  Snowmobile racers high-five military families while riding through trails at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, during the Iron Dog race Feb. 18, 2017. Iron dog is a long-distance snowmobile race that covers over 2000 miles in Alaska. The trail stretches from Big Lake to Nome, and finishes in Fairbanks.
