JBER aircrew, French Army work together to unload Puma from C-17
Members of the French Army New Caledonia remove a ramp from a C-17 Globemaster III during the process of unloading an Aérospatiale SA 330 Puma Helicopter from a C-17 during exercise Croix du Sud at Hihifo Airport in Wallis and Futuna, April 28. Multinational exercises like Croix du Sud 25 increase the armed forces’ ability to work together across the military spectrum to respond to crises, support the local population, and accomplish the mission. Joint and multilateral exercises strengthen relationships and increase interoperability with allies and partners through shared experiences and tough, realistic training.
