Exercise Northern Edge planning conference concludes

More than 150 representatives, to include members from U.S. Indo-Pacific Command; U.S. Northern Command; Alaska Command; U.S. Space Command; U.S. Cyber Command and U.S. Strategic Command came together during a five-day planning conference for Exercise Northern Edge 2025 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, March 17 – 21, 2025. The middle planning conference focused on operations design, proof of concept and tactical-level planning to meet INDOPACOM commander intent. Exercise Northern Edge is a USINDOPACOM sponsored, Headquarters PACAF-led multilateral joint force training exercise held every two years, and is designed to practice tactics, techniques, and procedures; improve command, control, and communication relationships; and improve interoperability of participating forces.
