Airman Leadership School graduates from Class 25A, Hercules Flight celebrate winning the Etchberger Team award at William A. Egan Civic and Convention Center, Anchorage, Alaska, Feb. 12. The ALS course is for Airmen, Coast Guardsmen, and Guardians preparing to take on supervisory roles, and aims to teach leadership, problem solving, and communication skills over a six-week time period.
