Alaska Fisher House Open House

Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Joe Pisano presents the “Veterans Standing Together Across America” flag during the Annual Open House for the Alaska Fisher House partnering at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 19, 2024. The flag, made by Pisano, is composed of 5,000 drywall screws and commissioned and donated by the Resurrecting Lives Foundation, a national 501c3 Veterans non-profit with a mission to increase diagnosis and treatment of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Raina Dale)
