The Honorable Peter Beshar visits JBER

The Honorable Peter Beshar, the General Counsel of the Department of the U.S. Air Force, tests survival tool at Camp Madbull on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, March 19, 2024. Mr. Beshar visited multiple units and facilities across JBER and spoke with base leadership to better understand what it takes for the military to maintain operational readiness in Alaska and the Arctic. Camp Mad Bull provides a realistic training and exercise environment for military troops to hone skills for operating in Arctic conditions.
