Air Force and Alaska Army National Guard engineers hold joint operations exercise
U.S. Air Force Airmen and Alaska Army National Guardsmen defend an arctic fighting position during a joint operations field training exercise at Camp Mad Bull on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Feb. 26, 2022. The exercise consisted of airlift operations, construction of arctic defensive fighting positions, and a simulated small arms assault designed to evaluate and strengthen responses by Air Force and Alaska Army National Guard personnel.
