673d MDSS hosts Commander Immersion

U.S. Air Force Col. Kirsten Aguilar, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and 673d Air Base Wing Commander, hunts for her medical records with the help of Airman 1st Class Astrit Kololli, a 673d Medical Support Squadron records technician, at JBER, Alaska, June 11, 2021. All medical records prior to 2014 were made with physical folders, which have to be sorted, maintained, and retrieved by the hospital’s records technicians.
