Arctic Warrior of the Week

Tyler Schroeder, a supply technician assigned to the 773d Logistics Readiness Squadron, pauses for a photograph with his parents and base leadership after being recognized as the Arctic Warrior of the Week at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, April 23, 2021. As part of a critical joint-service supply team, Schroeder processed over 126 issue worksheets for equipment valued at $1.3 million, equipping incoming U.S. Army Alaska Soldiers. He also processed over 7,700 documents for Organizational Clothing Equipment and nearly 20,000 direct exchanges valued at $6.6 million, ensuring 100% clothing records accuracy. These efforts guaranteed a 95% close-out rate and a personal 100% customer service satisfaction rate, which contributed to the team’s overall 98% satisfaction rate. The Arctic Warrior of the Week is an award highlighting JBER's top-performing Airmen.
