JBER announces end to PHE order

U.S. Air Force Col. Kirsten Aguilar, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and 673d Air Base Wing commander, records a public service announcement in the 673d ABW Public Affairs studio at JBER, Alaska, Jan. 27, 2021. The recording highlighted the commanders message rescinding the Public Health Emergency originally declared on Nov. 9, 2020, due to the steady reduction in community transmission of COVID-19 and maintained medical capability and sufficient testing capacity, as well as announcing JBER entering Health Protection Condition BRAVO Jan. 29, 2021.
