Security Force K9s conduct late-night training

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Lauren Clifton, a 673d Security Forces Squadron military working dog handler, clears a room during detection training with MWD Rex at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 24, 2020. The 673d SFS continually conducts training with their MWD teams to ensure they’re ready to respond to emergencies. MWDs are trained to detect drugs and explosives, as well as deter threats to the installation and in deployed environments.
