Arctic Warrior of the Week award

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jasmin Smith-Cruz, 773d Logistics Readiness Squadron logistics planner journeyman, received the Arctic Warrior of the Week award from U.S. Air Force Col. Aguilar, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and 673d Air Base Wing commander, at JBER, Alaska, July 24, 2020. Smith-Cruz led the no-notice Expeditionary Medical Support System COVID-19 support to Guam, deploying and redeploying 69 personnel and 61.3 tons of cargo, which was instrumental in saving over 3,000 infected lives.
