U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. David A. Krumm takes command of Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Command, Alaskan Command, and the Eleventh Air Force from outgoing commander, Lt. Gen. Thomas Bussiere, during a change of command ceremony April 20, 2020 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
