Arctic Warrior of the Week award

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Lilia Franco, a 673d Security Forces Squadron installation patrolman, is recognized by U.S. Air Force Col. Patricia A. Csànk, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and 673d Air Base Wing commander, as the Arctic Warrior of the Week at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Jan. 22, 2020. As part of the Resilience Tactical Pause Initiative, Franco conducted approximately 18 small group discussions, authoring over twenty pages of squadron concerns, and directly reported key issues to senior leadership within the squadron. Since RTP completion, Franco has been selected as the Resilience Training Assistant – the sole Airmen selected for this duty.
