Navy Operational Support Center, Anchorage, hosts change-of-command and retirement ceremony

U.S. Sailors assigned to the Navy Operational Support Center, Anchorage, stand in formation during a change-of-command ceremony at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 2, 2019, where U.S. Navy Cmdr. Michael Kenney turned over command of the Navy Operational Support Center, Anchorage, to U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Benjamin Gabbard. U.S. Navy Capt. Jonas Jones, Navy Region Northwest reserve component commander, officiated the ceremony before gathered family members, distinguished guests, military officers and enlisted personnel.
