Col. Simon Brown says a few words at a change of command ceremony for the Alaska State Defense Force on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, October 16, 2019, where Col. John James relinquished command to Brown. The ceremony was presided over by Brig. Gen. Torrence Saxe, the adjutant general of the Alaska National Guard.
