JBER Fire and Emergency Services holds open house

Christopher Phinney, a 103rd Civil Support Team operations officer, how to use a fire hose during a Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Fire and Emergency Services open house at Fire Station 3 on JBER, Alaska, Oct. 5, 2019.
