JBER Fire and Emergency Services holds open house
U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Nicholas Martin, a 673d Civil Engineer Squadron Fire and Emergency Services firefighter, teaches the child of U.S. Army Capt. Christopher Phinney, a 103rd Civil Support Team operations officer, how to use a fire hose during a Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Fire and Emergency Services open house at Fire Station 3 on JBER, Alaska, Oct. 5, 2019. The open house kicked off this year’s Fire Prevention Week, a week to promote preparation for emergencies.
