JBER, UAA combine efforts to help students

U.S. Army Col. Adam Lange, 673d Air Base Wing vice commander, and Renee Carter-Chapman, University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) senior vice provost, cut the ribbon during a ceremony at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Education Center Nov. 2, 2018. The ceremony marks the opening of the academic tutoring room sponsored by the UAA. This room is open to all active-duty personnel, dependents and veterans, no matter which school they attend.
