Kayla Fitzgerald, a 525th Aircraft Maintenance Unit weapons load crew team chief, attaches stabilization fins to an AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile during the quarterly load competition at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Oct. 26, 2018. The AIM-120 is a medium range missile used for air intercept and has an approximate weight of 358 lbs.
