JBER’s 773d LRS Airmen train to rig ‘em up right
A heavy drop platform falls from the sky during air drop qualification training at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Oct. 3, 2018. Two G-12 cargo parachutes were used for this heavy load weighing 3,700 pounds. When air drop training occurs, combat mobility technicians from the 773d Logistics Readiness Squadron are called upon to operate as malfunction officers at the drop zone.
