Gloria Bechtol, Buckner Physical Fitness Center dance instructor, gets Soldiers and Airmen warmed up with a dance session before a breast cancer awareness 5K run at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 28, 2018. More than 300 Soldiers, Airmen and members of the JBER community rallied together to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. October is nationally recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the goal of raising awareness of breast cancer signs and symptoms and emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis.
