Police Week: Honoring the fallen

Members of the 673d Security Forces Squadron carry a litter to the forward operating base training station at the Defenders Day Challenge during Police Week on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, May 16, 2018. Carrying the litter to the FOB is a part of Tactical Combat Casualty Care. TCCC involves three stages; care under fire, tactical field care, and tactical evacuation care.
