J-bear tracking

Mark Sledge, 673d Civil Engineering Squadron senior conservation law enforcement officer, observes a black bear family at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, April 16, 2018. Once the CLEOs found the black bear family, they discovered the tracking collar had fallen from around the adult bear’s neck.
