Chief of Staff of the Air Force empowers new ideas to improve work centers

Chief of Staff of the Air Force Gen. David L. Goldfein speaks about innovation during the Air Force Association Air Warfare Symposium in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 23, 2018. At the symposium, Goldfein announced an initiative called the Squadron Innovation Fund that will distribute $64 million across the Air Force. The initiative will continue to empower Airmen and commanders at wing and squadron levels.
