JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska- - Soldiers assigned to the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army Alaska, perform railhead operations in sub-zero temperatures on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Jan. 30, 2018.
