iSportsman; safeguarding JBER’s community

Community members use canoes at Otter Lake, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska June, 17 2016. Programs such as iSportsman provide the public with tools necessary for undeveloped areas on base to be used for recreation opportunities, while also keeping both the public and military operations safe and thriving.
