JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska - Spc. Stephen Brown, assigned to the 109th Transportation Company "Muleskinners", 17th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, U.S. Army Alaska, signals to fellow Soldiers during a tactical movement during an exercise on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 21, 2017. The Soldiers performed react to contact, and securing an objective as well as traffic control point training as part of a larger exercise in multiple locations to build and maintain proficiency in essential soldiering skills.
