Air Force Staff Sgt. Sean Sullivan, 732nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, volunteers as a perpetrator for 673d Security Forces Squadron active-duty training at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, July 18, 2017. Volunteers created chaotic scenarios with no more than two perpetrators and several hostages at a time to challenge security forces.
