Summer Kick off and Military Appreciation Picnic

Families enjoy bouncy houses and other inflatables during the Military Appreciation Picnic at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, June 17, 2016. Soldiers, Airmen, families and civilian personnel enjoy festivities during the Military Appreciation Picnics at JBER and since 1995 has been sponsored by the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, providing the picnics at Paxton Park and Buckner Fitness Center Complex to coincide with the Arctic Warrior Olympics.
