Airman’s first and last great race

Dogs pull their musher during the ceremonial start to the 45th annual Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race, in Anchorage, Alaska, March 4, 2017. More than 1,150 dogs pulled 72 mushers for the day’s 11-mile run to Campbell Airstrip.
