Airman’s first and last great race

A dog is harnessed before the ceremonial start for the 45th annual Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race in Anchorage, Alaska, March 4, 2017. More than 1,150 dogs pulled 72 mushers for the day’s 11-mile run to Campbell Airstrip.
