Duck the Halls
From Nov. 28 to Dec 9, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Library patrons can pick up a free rubber duck to decorate as their favorite book character and enter the Duck the Halls competition. The decorated rubber ducks must be returned to the library by Dec. 10. and voting will begin Dec. 12.
