Bryan Owens, U.S. Army Alaska commander hosted the conference, which included flag officers from the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, Alaska National Guard and Canadian Forces, to strengthen partnerships, discuss future Arctic and Alaskan challenges and joint capabilities.
