CFC Donnations

Bryan Owens, commander of U.S. Army Alaska, make donations to the Combined Federal Campaign, Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, at JBER. Since the CFC was established in 1961, it has provided opportunities for federal employees to give to charities of their choice.
