Air Force 69th Birthday

Airman Basic Zachary Barber, 773d Logistics Readiness Squadron, parachute rigger, and Air Force Lt. Col. James Atchley, 673d Contracting Squadron, commander shake hands after cutting the cake at Permafrost Pub, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Sept 16 in celebration of the Air Force's 69th birthday. It is customary for the Airmen with the least time in service and the Airman with the most time in service present to cut the cake.
