Spc. Adam Wells, a heavy transportation operator with the 539th Composite Truck Company from Fort Wainwright, Alaska, exits a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck fuel servicing truck, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, August 3, 2016.
